Stylianos Kyriakakis

Stylianos (Stelios) Kyriakakis is the Chief Operating Officer of IKEA Foundation. IKEA Foundation is funded by INGKA Foundation, owner of the Ingka Group of companies. The IKEA Foundation is independent from the retail business with a sole focus on creating brighter lives on a liveable planet through philanthropy and grant making. IKEA Foundation is a founding donor of Clean Air Fund. 

Stelios holds a degree in economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He worked for the IKEA retail business under IKEA brands in Australia and Belgium for over 30 years, until he joined IKEA Foundation in the Netherlands in 2017. 

Stelios grew up in Athens when clean air was not taken for granted so has experienced first hand the consequences of air pollution, thus the organisation’s vision resonates with him and is very excited to join the Clean Air Fund board.
