Rachel Dungate

Analyst
Rachels supports core work areas, including the design, management and delivery of philanthropic initiatives, strategic partnerships, campaigns and advocacy efforts.

Rachel started her career on the front line as a Prisoner Officer at HMP Wormwood Scrubs as part of Unlocked Graduates, and transitioned to start-up operations and sustainability in Legaltech. Her experience revolves around process efficiency and scaling, project and stakeholder management and ESG.

She has a BA Joint Hons from Durham University in Philosophy and Psychology and a PGCert in Climate Change from Birkbeck.
