Nina brings experience at the intersection of climate action, human rights and gender equity across a several international organisations and NGOs. She previously managed C40 Cities’ Women4Climate Programme, a unique initiative focused on gender equity and climate justice in cities across five continents.
As an Academy Fellow at Chatham House, Nina conducted policy research and public engagement on equitable climate action, including research on gender and inclusion in climate action in China, and international loss and damage finance. Nina also brings experience from UN Women and UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, as well as grassroots organisations.
Nina holds a BA (Hons) in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge as a Girdlers’ Scholar, and an MSc in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University, Beijing, as a Schwarzman Scholar. Nina’s work has been published by The World Economic Forum, International Affairs, The World Today, Dialogue Earth, among others.
