Karthik Ram

Karthik has over 12 years of experience in strategic, operational, and advisory roles across the social impact and private sectors. Prior to joining the Clean Air Fund, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Development Solutions, an impact-focused consulting firm specialising in strategy, monitoring, evaluation and learning, and research. In addition to driving the firm’s strategy and growth, he led several strategy consulting projects, focusing on climate and clean energy.
Previously, Karthik worked with the Antara Foundation, where he engaged with strategic stakeholder groups, including government, to enable improved public health delivery at scale. He has also worked with Dalberg Advisors and Deloitte Consulting. Karthik holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore and is an alumnus of the Teach for India fellowship.
