Holly has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, having led recruitment efforts for global organisations. She specialises in developing innovative, mission-driven recruitment strategies that are both effective and inclusive. Passionate about building strong relationships, fostering diverse teams, and continuously improving processes, Holly works closely with leaders to offer strategic guidance and create collaborative partnerships. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys travelling, playing (not very professional) tennis, and being an amateur gardener.
